This Course meets all requirements to successfully obtain a South Carolina Resident Multi-State Concealed Weapons Permit.
A South Carolina Resident Multi-State Concealed Weapons Permit allows the holder to bypass the NICS background check when purchasing a firearm. Customers with a CWP are only required to complete the Federal 4473 Form when purchasing a firearm, and are EXEMPT from a Background Check.
Students who take a South Carolina Multi State CWP Class learn not only how to safely operate their firearm, but more importantly learn the South Carolina State Law as it relates to Self-Defense and the use of Deadly Force.
South Carolina Multi-State CWP is just that, Multi-State. South Carolina Residents who have a CWP can travel with their firearm to several other states. If your planning a trip to North Carolina and don't have a CWP, you cannot carry your firearm.
South Carolina has RESIPROSITY with 35 other states.
There are 29 states in the US that have Constitutional Carry Laws, but each states laws on Constitutional Carry, may or MAY NOT be the same as South Carolina. For Example, planning a day trip to Georgia? If you do not have a CWP and are under 21 and not in the military, you cannot carry your firearm in the state of Georgia.
